The new HOT SPOT in Geneva is now open thanks to Luca Cinalli & Gabriele Manfredi placing the Italian flag in a whole new country for them.

Apoteca del Mercato is based on 3 simple ingredients: classic drinks / modern vision / Mercato feeling.

It’s going to be in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland, a new country for them, after spending so many years in London, behind the scenes of the award-winning bars Oriole and Nightjar.

The location will be a placed inside a “food hall market” and this gave to them the  inspirations for so many details:

It will be called Apoteca del Mercato, as “Apoteca” was the old house where wine and food were stored, in fact, they will bring back the old-style way of serving vermouth and amaro by the glass, but with a modern touch, using a wine dispenser.

“Del Mercato”( because it is inside a food market) and also because this is the location where the really first market in Ginevra was located.

Having all the markets around will allow them to serve food from different spots, giving them the chance to do an all week brunch menu.

Opening from Monday to Sunday, don’t lose the chance to visit and meet the faces behind the “Apoteca del Mercato” with an Aperitivo ad hoc, starting from midday, either on the terrace or inside, enjoying the special view as the location offer a seaside view.

Nitro Bellini, Cardinale and Vermouth cocktails coming from a chocolate barrel are just waiting for you…
