Digital Marketing Manager
We are searching for a dynamic, driven and experienced digital marketing expert who will work directly with our Marketing Team and CEO to help us quickly expand on the initial success of Social Media and help to grow the business optimising our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
Italspirits is a marketing, events, and brand activation agency, specialized in providing fresh, innovative beverage consultancy. Founded by Giuseppe Gallo, an internationally renowned and recognised mixologist, crowned Best International Brand Ambassador at Tales of the Cocktail 2014. Giuseppe had a fundamental role in growing and shaping the vermouth category and its rise to popularity today.
The right candidate should be comfortable with:
- Producing well written content in English.
- Producing image/video assets for online/printed media.
- Managing SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.
- Use of website analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, experience in optimising landing pages and websites.
- Software including Microsoft office (excel, word and PowerPoint), various web platforms including WordPress and MailChimp, Adobe suite (indesign, illustrator and photoshop).
- Italian language a plus, but not essential.
Creativity and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are essential.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Edit, in conjunction with our Marketing Manager, all branded social media and website channels.
- Plan, create and execute the monthly social media editorial calendar.
- Plan, create, produce, and manage sponsored campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
- Category management, with a strategic mindset.
- Track campaigns and report social media weekly performance using the usual analytics tools and monitor content performance daily.
- Work to maximise engagement and follower base, engage with brand stakeholders, social media influencers, clients, and stockists on social media and create campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Work with our existing internal stakeholders, new team reports and external agencies to create the necessary creative assets needed for all Marketing channels and activities.
- Work directly with the Marketing Manager to agree and source key collaboration partners, managing the collaborators and the content surrounding this.
- Manage the segmentation of customer data and drive the marketing and loyalty campaigns around the tiers of customers
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure everything is in line with the PR plans and our social plan
- Seek influencers and bloggers
- Promote the website projects; ensuring website is up to date, copy writing, blog posts.
- Manage all affiliate relationships e.g. Amazon, etc
