I`m delighted to tell you that MARTINI has done extremely well in the Drinks International Cocktail Challenge.

Three MARTINI cocktails created especially for the competition by Alex Kratena and Simone Carporale, bartenders at the Artesian bar – Langham Hotel, made it through to Monday’s final round where the top 25 cocktails out of more than 70 original entries were judged. A special thanks to Simone Carporale who did a fantastic job of presenting the cocktails to the judges.

Martini entered two categories and three cocktails were shortlisted, two of these were overall category winners as below:

Aperitif Category  

Martini Gold cocktail “Luv Deluxe”– shortlisted

Martini Rosato Cocktail “Oye Mi Canto” – overall category winner

Long Drinks Category  

Martini Gold cocktail “Dolce’s Cobbler”– overall category winner

Judges were comprised of industry experts from places such as the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel, and Shaker UK. Results will be published online at drinksint.com as well as in the forthcoming edition of Drinks International. There will also be digital medal artwork available for the winning brands.
