As sunny days get longer and temperatures slowly warm-up, who doesn’t like a special cocktail for a special occasion? Are you wondering how to satisfy the desire for new flavours with seasonal cocktails?

Here is a selection of lovely drinks to refresh your palate during this Easter break: 

Easter Side up

Trees are blossoming and flowers are blooming…also in your drink! 

Feel fancy with an exceptional Spring cocktail let’s welcome spring with a proper seasonal fruit: cherries! You can add a bit of flavour to your cocktail by simply using a cherry either as a garnish or as ingredients with the Italian popular fruit Amarene FABBRI or with a simple version of the Amarene Fabbri Baby. Taste the difference!

40ml  VII Hills Gin 

20ml Lavender and Cherry syrup

15ml Lemon juice

1 Egg white

Chocolate Negroni 

Inspired by all those chocolate treats found in Easter baskets, we wanted to make sure all the adults had a chance to relive their childhood and get their very own chocolate bunny! Why not serve chocolate into a Negroni?

25ml VII Hils Gin

25ml Marendry Bitter

25ml Chocolate liqueur

 Hot cross Bun

This Easter, if you’re looking for an alternative to chocolate eggs, we’ve got the perfect cocktail for you to indulge with over the bank holiday weekend. Inspired by the beloved spiced sweet bun, Hot Cross Bun  is a cocktail mixed with:

30ml Cognac or Brandy

20ml Italicus rosolio di bergamotto

15ml Chocolate liqueur 

1 Egg white

2 dash Chocolate bitter
