The San Francisco World Spirits Competition held its 11th annual competition this year with a record number of entries, 1106 products from 61 countries, were evaluated by 33 of the finest palates from the spirits industry including twelve new judges.

These judging panels were comprised of spirits experts from noted restaurants and hotels, well-known spirits journalists from major US national media, spirits buyers consultants such:

Julio Bermejo, Tequila Master and Owner of the famous Tommys Tree Agave in San Francisco and Francesco Lafranconi, Mixology Director for the Southern Wine & Spirit of Las Vegas.

Judging is based on a blind, consensual procedure ensuring competitive integrity, making this competition the most reputable and recognized competition in the spirits industry all over the world.

Brands and spirits company will claim the victory for the next upcoming 12 months, spreading the press world with comment like: “The best of “…. “Gold Medal” and so on…

But this achievement will be enough to make the product successful for consumers as well? And drive sales as per companies main objectives ?
