Starting in January 2016 Bar Termini will host a series of Vintage Master classes with speakers Roberta Mariani (Bar Termini), Giuseppe Gallo (Italian Spirits Expert) and Zoe Burgess (Drink Factory)

Four classes held on the dates below between 14:00 and 15:30 will cover the following subjects:

Part 1: Amaro Liqueur 26th January 2016

Part 2:Vermouth 23rd February 2016

Part 3: Bitter 22nd March 2016

Part 4:Negroni 26th April 2016

The classes will provide an in depth knowledge about each subject to a level interesting to both on-trade and enthusiasts alike. Topics such as heritage, history of production and flavours will all be covered.

Through out the sessions attendees will have the opportunity to taste a range of vintage, along side current products and a comparison made between the two. Some sessions will also include a blind tasting to highlight the differences.

The first class will focus on Amaro Liqueurs, its history, evolu:on and culture. An introduc:on about botanicals and techniques used in the produc:on process.
Tas:ng of the products will cover the following:
• A guide to the taste of Amaro Liqueurs
• Blind tas:ng of Amaro products from different brands
and vintages
• Final cocktail tasting
As with other classes a hand out will be provided for participants to take away with them.
