It was such a wonderful experience being part of the organization of the first amaro competition in Italy! The winner, Giacomo Sai from Trieste, chosen by the judges Giuseppe Gallo, Spirits Expert, Stefano Nincevich from Redazione Bargiornale, and Master Herbalist Matteo Bonoli, won a wonderful bartending experience at the London Cocktail Week 2016, getting a chance of making his cocktail at Amare l’Italia with some of the world’s best bartenders.
