BACCARO was co-founded by Redin Dokaj, who brings deep local knowledge after running well-loved venues in the area, alongside Giuseppe Gallo, founder of the award-winning aperitivo brands ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto and Savoia Vino Aperitivo. Together, they combine hands-on hospitality expertise with a passion for modern Italian drinking culture, quality ingredients and a relaxed, welcoming service.
