Los Martinez Cocktail by Giuseppe Gallo

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
30ml Martini Rosso
40ml Tequila Blanco
10ml Maraschino Liquor
2 dashes of cardamom and lime bitter
Pour all ingredients into chilled mixing glass, stir for few seconds and strain into a martini cocktail glass.

This is a modern twist of the classic Martinez and very popular in the bartender community.

Notes: The roast agave notes of the tequila combine perfectly with the bitter sweetness of Martini Rosso.

Glass Type: Martini Cocktail Glass

Garnish: Lime or Lemon Peel
