SAVOIA Aperitivo marks its fourth anniversary with the brand campaign “Spirit of Savoia”, a season celebrating Italian culture and sustainable craft.
Aperitivo is no longer a summer ritual; it’s a global movement. This year, the focus is clear: sustainability, terroir and authentic Italian craft. Spirit of Savoia brings this culture to life with experiences across Italy, Europe and the US, linking modern bar practices with Italy’s winemaking heritage.

At the centre are the two expressions of SAVOIA:
Both are crafted from Italian grapes, 100% vegan, and designed for Spritz, Americano and Negroni-style serves.
The anniversary programme opens on the Amalfi Coast at Anantara Grand Hotel di Amalfi, where Dante New York (Wold’s best bar 2019 & 2020) will host a two-night pop up on 23–24 September. Head Bartender Roberto Bracco will present signature cocktails including Bergamot Garibaldi, Negroni Bianco, Sbagliato in Costiera, and Strawberry Bergamot Negroni.
From Amalfi, Spirit of Savoia continues in October with a five-city European tour in collaboration with Paradiso Barcelona (World’s Best Bar 2022), featuring trade masterclasses and guest bartending. Sessions will highlight practical sustainability in bars, from waste-smart prep and upcycling to energy stewardship.
